During the lockdown, I used the McDrive a few times - almost every time parts of the order were missing, not just sauces or the like, but whole burgers or side dishes. Mistakes can happen, but here they happen regularly and far too often. The whole thing culminated today in the fact that, after receiving the bag, I took a few seconds to compare the contents with the receipt for completeness. To the rude instruction of the listless-looking employee that I should drive on, I replied that I only wanted to check briefly whether my order was complete, as this had not been the case the last few times. Of course, the ordered 9 nuggets were also missing this time, which I then pointed out to the employee. Annoyed and with a provocative look she passed them through the window. A short "Sorry" didn't come, but so be it. The food there is of good quality and warm, but due to the chronic incompetence of the staff and their stupid-brazen attitude I will avoid the place in the future.

Ok was typical MCD but ordering in advance via the app only worked cash or with a credit card, the entrance was blocked, but when a customer came it took up to 15 minutes for the employee to take care of it, then rather drive in .....

Meanwhile a huge juice shop ... At first everything worked out fine here. Ordered a couple of times in a row at the Mc Drive, either something was always missing or you got things in it that you didn't order. Deal of the day coupon doesn’t work because I wonder why they’re offering it ?! Other coupons sometimes don't work either, just strange that it's always in the Tübingen Mc Donalds. Something like that doesn't happen in Mössingen, among other things, it works in Mössingen, strangely enough, that you can order several coupons on 1 invoice and don't have to pay 4 times by card as in Tübingen. In the future I prefer to drive from Tübingen to Mössingen to the Mc because you will be better served and not have to be constantly upset ... I will not recommend these Mc Donalds any more in the future.

The branch is clean and the staff are nice. I've been here several times and I've always been served quickly. Of course, at peak times you have to wait a bit, but it's the same everywhere. So far I have rarely had a wrongly packed order (wrong sauce, missing sauce, etc.). There could be more parking spaces but there is usually a parking space. What you need to know about this MC: The branch is across from the Top10 (Club) so you also meet party-goers here in the late evening.

In Mc Drive 2 menus 4 chessburger 4 cheese corners 20 chicknen nuggets ordered! Both menus without fries and cheese corners were not included! Unfortunately, what is missing happens more and more often in the branch

I was surprised to see that two out of four employees pulled their masks off. So the nose and mouth protection was on the neck. And they packed the food. The manager was next to it with the nose free. Don't feel like going there again during this Covid-19 period.

Disappointing. Thought the one thin pickle on the inside of the tasteless bun at the last store was a mistake. Unfortunately, savings are made here in the wrong place. The hamburger has totally lost its taste. The only thing that is really good is the fries.

Worst service ever ... long waiting time even if it's empty, wrong orders missing items and rude personnel. Sometimes there is only 4 orders on the screen and you have to wait for 15-20 minutes...

Had to wait quite some time for my food even though the place wasn't crowded. Bacon read missing on my Big Tasty Bacon, had to prove it by taking the whole burger apart. Liked the paper straw.

I had been to McCafe for coffee and cake. Seems to be an extremely well visited branch, here is at least a lot going on. Staff is definitely friendly, the restaurant gave me a neat and clean impression. So there is nothing bad to report about my visit here, hence full five stars.

Nice sitting area. Price for coffee+cake offer (pumpkin spice latte + carrot cake) didn't match with the price on the board - we ended up paying more than advertised.
